As all our slipmats are carefully handmade to order in our UK workshop, we require a 3-5 working day processing time before your order is ready for dispatch.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and include full end-to-end tracking, regardless of the service chosen.

  • This service aims to deliver your order within 48 hours (2 working days) after dispatch.

• Express Upgrade (Paid Option): Royal Mail 24 Tracked

  • For faster delivery, you can upgrade to RM24 at checkout. This service aims to deliver your order within 24 hours (1 working day) after dispatch.

We want you to be thrilled with your new slipmat. Our policy differs slightly based on whether the design is one of our standard patterns or a custom creation.

Standard Designs

Non-personalised, pre-set design slipmats can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging condition.

Custom & Personalised Designs

Due to the bespoke nature of these products, custom-engraved and personalised slipmats are non-refundable.
